This villa sleeps from 2 to 6 people.

It has been built in the style of a traditional Mallorcan house located on the edge of the beautiful Valley of Colonya. It has magnificent views to the mountains and is conveniently just a few minutes drive along a quiet road to the old town of Pollenca.

The villa itself is situated well back from the road at the end of a private drive and is flanked by large, old oak trees that provide shade during the heat of the day. The large gardens are well maintained, very private and include a well kept lawn area with tropical plants, including cacti and palm trees, as well as many other typical Mediterranean plants, which add splashes of colour. There is a large sun terrace around the mosaic tiled swimming pool, complete with corner steps. The terrace has sun loungers and is comfortably furnished with a gazebo, tabel and chairs. A large covered terrace at the front of the house with a large wooden table and benches overlooks the gardens and the pool. A built in barbecue enables guests to make the most of outdoor living.

The villa interior is decorated in a typical Mallorcan style with white walls, tiled floors and beamed ceilings. The furnishings and ornaments are traditional in style combined with paintings and craft articles. There is a well equipped , fitted kitchen with marble work surfaces and appliances including a microwave, gas hob, electric oven and a large fridge/freezer. Next to the kitchen there is a large, open plan dining area with traditional furnishings and paintings. An archway gives access to the comfortable lounge area, with sofas and a traditional wood burning stove. The lounge is equipped with a satellite TV and a DVD player.

Accommodation

The bedrooms are comfortably funished in classic, traditional style. There is a master double bedroom and two bedrooms with twin beds. The master bedroom is furnished with antique furnishings, including a traditional four poster double bed and an en suite bathroom. The other two bedrooms are more modern in decor with touches of traditional character. They share a shower room. Both twin bedrooms have access to the side terrace that leads round to the front terrace.
